Frequently Asked Questions

Our process is three simple steps:
1. Consultation and Design:
Meet with one of our designers to share your vision and general budget. Your designer will get to work making drawings and visualizations, consulting with you as needed (a design fee may be needed).
2. Estimation and Agreement:
Receive a detailed estimate for your project to review and finalize (or request revisions!) Once finalized, you’ll sign the contract and provide a 50% down payment.
3. Execution and Completion:
We'll add the project to our schedule and give you an estimated start date. After a few hours or weeks depending on the scope, the project will be completed and the final invoice will be sent.
All that’s left is to enjoy your space!

We aim to schedule projects 2 to 3 months after contract signing, but factors like material delivery and weather can influence timing. Small projects may be accommodated sooner, but start dates aren't guaranteed.
-
Our initial visit to discuss your project is typically free for local sites. Should your project require a design, a fee ranging from $150 to $5,000+ will be determined based on the project's complexity.

It's best to contact a landscaper as early as possible when planning a house, addition, or pool. Engaging us early helps ensure a seamless integration of landscape and structure, as our designers consider aspects that builders might overlook. However, you can reach out at any stage of your project; we're committed to maximizing your property's potential regardless of when we're involved.
